SHIPPING & RETURNS

Tracking Information

All U.S. orders include tracking. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking for secure delivery.


Tracking Not Updating

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after USPS picks up your package.
If there's still no update after that, contact us at [email protected].


Refused Packages

If a package is refused, return shipping will be deducted from your refund and charged to your original payment method.


Incorrect Shipping Info

We ship based on the exact info entered at checkout.
If you notice an error within 1–2 days, email us immediately. After that, changes can’t be made.

If your order has shipped, contact USPS to reroute it. Orders cannot be canceled or edited after placement, but you may return items per our Returns Policy once delivered.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order hasn't arrived after 21 days, contact us and file a claim with USPS.
We will wait for the USPS investigation to complete before taking further action.

If a package is marked “Delivered”, shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To report an issue, email [email protected] and follow our Returns Policy.

  • All sale items are final.

  • Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage.
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.


Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, file a claim with USPS.
Include your Name, Order Number, and photo of the damage.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped. All orders are packed with care, and USPS handles damage claims directly.
