SHIPPING & RETURNS
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
If you choose a shipping service during checkout, once processed and order is received. An email accompanied with a tracking number will be sent out to customers to inform them that their package has been shipped. We suggest ordering with a tracking number to ensure your package arrives safely.
ALL USA & CANADA ORDERS WILL COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
I received my tracking number today and it hasn't been updated..
All orders will receive a pre-shipment tracking label automatically, once the package is picked up by the courier, it may take up to 24-48 hours to fully update. If you still do not see tracking information please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]
Refuse Packages
For refuse packages the shipping fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Incorrect shipping Information
Please understand that the system prints out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information. Once an order is placed, it is applied immediately. If you noticed between 1-2 days of ordering that this mistake has been made email us. Unfortunately, if actions are taken later changes to orders or shipping information is not possible after the order has been placed.
Please contact USPS directly to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
Lost or stolen packages.
Please contact our Customer Service team if a shipment surpasses the delivery time frame listed below. In case of delay, lost or stolen packages, contact USPS via email to fill out a claim with USPS and to try to locate your order as quickly as possible. Once a claim has been filed Urban Charm Accessories waits on the report of the claim before proceeding forward. Please note that shipping fee marked as "Delivered" will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds and/or store credit of any sort. In order to report problems with order, please contact us at [email protected] and follow our exchanges and returns policy. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
*Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.*
Order arrived damaged.
If an item may be considered defective or damaged, please contact USPS via email to fill out a claim about your damaged order. Please be sure to indicate your Name, Order Number and a Photo of the product or damaged parcel. Urban Charm Accessories is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. We do not offer refunds! All products are packaged with care and once they are shipped customers must contact USPS customer service about damage orders.
